EQUIPMENT NEEDED – None!!!

Technique – Start by standing with your feet shoulder width apart and extend your arm straight upwards. Place your free hand onto the back of your tricep muscle and place your other hand flat down your back. Start the stretching exercise when ready. Keep your shoulder muscle solid and use your hand to support your upper arm whilst using the fingers of your other hand to crawl down your back until you feel your tricep muscle stretch. Hold this position for a count of 5. Remove your grip on the tricep to relieve the pressure on the muscle. Repeat this technique to fully stretch the tricep muscle and repeat with the other arm.
