Well I have been doing a lot of reading and though it seems like Obama is surrounding himself with a squad of anti-steroid influence, it seems like that Barrack Obama is smart enough to know we have much bigger problems in this country besides the recreational steroid user ( like poverty, terrorism, gang violence, real drugs, etc). I knew he was the right man for the White House, though he should leave Biden at the gate.
So I was reading a blog by Millard Baker (it is a great blog so check it out) and brought this idea to my attention.
What this brings to light is that we have the best chance we have had in a while to legalize steroids, as he so eloquently put it is, this is the best way to reform steroids is to legalize and what does the Government like more then controlling everything.
Like I have stated before, legalizing would improve the quality and use of steroids, by providing standards for production of said steroids, controlling the age of who can purchase these compounds,( that worked well with liquor, I can’t remember how many times I got drunk before age 21 but it might work with steroids) and the universal language that all politicians understand, money.
They could place a state tax on the purchase of all anabolics, so as I see it, it is a win-win situation for all.
The reason I write about this is because it will take a great unified effort to have a chance at this goal, by no means can I do so by myself, but if all of us start doing our part to educate and promote the benefits of anabolic steroids, and start expressing our real opinions to the local politicians, I see a real opportunity for the dream to come true in the future.
Whether it’s 12 months or 12 years, time isn’t the issue, the issue is that I believe that as a citizen of the U.S.A. and many other great nations, we can do anything if we want it bad enough.
So when Obama say’s “Yes We Can”, I feel inspired, ready to take on all that may try to detour us. I want to leave this world when it is my time knowing I helped do something that is bigger then myself.
If the majority of our steroid community stands up and states it is time for change, change will happen.
I do apologize for getting all preachy about this topic, but I feel very strong about this, esspecially for our own safety, so do me a favor, think about it. As always, please e-mail me if you have any questions or information that pertains to steroids, I am here if you need me.
