Early Thursday morning New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was involved in a two-car accident.
It was believed that Brady may be being transferred to a local hospital, but a witness saw him and his passenger walking around refusing medical attention.
A woman at the scene of the accident said, “It looked like a high impact crash.”
Another woman said, “It was extremely loud. At 6:30 this morning it woke people up out of a dead sleep.”
According to Channel 7 in Boston, Brady will be examined by the Patriots medical staff. His season starts Sunday at Foxboro against the Cincinnati Bengals and he is still seeking a contract extension past the 2010 NFL season.
