I’m a firm believer of hard work, so when I hear of complaints that the gains didn’t come fast enough during cycles, I normally blame their work out not the steroids. Yes steroids do help your muscles heal at a high rate, but they don’t lift the weights for you, so if your gains aren’t what you want, I do have a solution. The solution is, GET OFF YOUR LAZY ASS and start putting in the effort needed to gain muscle. I like to lift until I see spots and because of such I have NEVER came off a cycle disappointed.
So steroids do help with muscle gains but combining what I said earlier ( muscles heal faster) so you rip the muscle and they heal faster so you can work them again sooner, which in turns allows you to gain a year worth of muscle in a 3 month period. Now if your working out and your not giving a 110 percent, then you are wasting the most important attribute of juice, and your most likely wasting your time. The reason being if you didn’t work out properly before you started to do steroids then you wasted your natural potential to gain muscle, and now wasting it even more so by doing steroids. This is why I always detour the lazy and quick fix people who are always looking for a shortcut.
I tell them steroids aren’t for you and doing juice is a long term project. If you want to gain 30 pounds of muscle in a cycle, be ready to work your butt off or be ready to fail. Though steroids help greatly with muscle gains, the work is ALL done by you. This should be a thought before you decide to journey into ” Steroid Country”.
