Technique – Start by standing with your feet shoulder width apart and place one hand onto of the other. Lean forwards extending your arms out straight as far as you can until you feel your shoulders roll forwards. When you feel your back muscles stretch hold this position for a count of 5. Lean backwards to relieve pressure on the back muscles. Repeat this exercise as many times as possible until your back muscles are fully stretched.
