Technique – Start by standing in front of the wall in a suitable position that will provide enough space to perform the exercise. You will be stretching one side of your pectoral muscles at a time. Extend your arm along the all and keep your upper body straight a facing the wall. Start the exercise when ready. Turn your upper body away from your extended arm allowing your shoulder to twist behind you. You will feel your chest muscle begin to stretch, hold this position for a count of 5. Return your upper body to a straight position to relieve pressure on the pectoral muscles. Repeat this technique until your chest muscles are fully stretched. Repeat this technique in the other direction to stretch the opposite chest muscle.
