Chuck Liddell Talks Retirement

Everyone wants to know what is going through Chuck Liddell’s head as he approaches his fight with Shogun, which Dana White said could be his last if he does not come out with an impressive performance. When asked about this in a press conference, Chuck replied:

“I plan on putting on an impressive performance and knocking him out. I’m not done fighting. Why? Because I love it”

It doesn’t sound to me like Chuck Liddell has given up on his MMA career. It sounds like he has been focusing pretty hard on getting back in shape and getting back on top of his MMA game. Is he too old to make his way up to Champion again? Well, I think we will get a good look at the answer to that come UFC 97.
