It’s my understanding that B-12 injection has many benefits including increased energy and sense of well-being. It could also be an effective remedy for chronic fatigue and insomnia.(both of which I suffer) Anywho, my question is this, is anybody on this board injecting B-12? If so, what’s the 411? Where do you inject? What needle size do you use? How much is nessasary? Frequency of injections? Is it available without a ‘script?(I live in Canada) Cost? Thank you in advance for any and all posts.

Bump for a reply. I’m curious too. Can anyone speak firsthand on the benefits.

Yo,

I’ve done this before, it is called neo-cytamen. Using insulin needles you jab intra-muscularly, I use my delt. Make sure you pull back before you pump it in, you don’t want that shit in your veins. You notice a little hit, nothing incredable, it does help you train harder though.

I live in Aus, it cost’s us $10 for three 1ml amps, one every couple of days is the gas. So with our fucked up exchange rate it should cost you guys about $5. I’m not sure what the policy is over there but we don’t need a script here.

Have a nice day.

Vitamin B-12 has increased energy benefits and acts as an apetite stimulant. Great while on the sauce. It was actually the first thing I learn when I did my very first cycle.

I know I can get it in pill form OTC, but does anyone know if it requires a script for injectable in the states? Also, would the injectable be preferred over pill form?

wow, a LOT of misinformation here…

b12 is intramuscular, taken at 1,000mcg per week or so. Appetite stimulant, also helps muscle recovery (some say), increases red cell production, and gives some a tremendous rush, although not i. Available over the counter DIRT CHEAP in canada, mexico, michigan, and many other states. No need to inject a spefic time before workout, as intramuscular injections are depot mainly, meaning slow release. I know this is obvious to many, but it seems like ppl are in the dark on the b12 lately.
