Bros, I am going to do my second cycle:
Sust 250 @500mg awk
EQ @400mg awk
Anavar @20mg ada
Clomid @50/100/50
How should I break this down? I know I can combine the sust/eq but how should I take dosage (once or twice a week) Should the anavar be taken all together or two dosages.
I really appreciate a detailed reply on this matter from the moderators!

EQ needs to be taken twice a week at the least. Most take EQ every other day. But twice should work. Anavar, i always took mine all at once. LBM

why take eq eod when its so long acting? i agree, take it with the sus it will help with the pain from the prop.

Thanks a million bros! One more thing I am considering running this for 10 weeks is that to long?
Can I add something towards the end of my cycle to reduce the water retention and start me on my cut phase.
My first cycle was the same thing (half dosage w/out anavar) for 10 weeks and I gained about twenty lean pounds and only lost about 5. Went from 5-9′ 143 to 163 6% bf. NOw I am about 160 even.:machine
My strength jumped about 80 pounds on the flat-bench!!:D 😀

Ultimate,
I say extend this cycle out to 10-12wks. Sus takes about 3wks to kick in, and so does the EQ. You might want to use the Anvar for the first 6 weeks, then switch to winny for the last six weeks to harded up a little.
However, with the cycle you have now you shouldn’t hold to much water at all. As long as you are eating clean.

First of all, I like the combo, but would suggest that you increase the dosages of everything. I would use suggest the following:
Sust 250 mg eod EQ 200 mg eod Anavar 25 mg/day (40 -50 mg would be better)
Run the cycle for at least 8 weeks, though 10 would be fine and finish with the clomid as planned.

My bad bro. I missed his later post about his body mass. At 160, you do not need the amount of juice I suggested. If you were 200+ yes, but not 160.

Mix the eq with the sust – it’ll make the injections less painful.
Take eq e/o/d if you can.
I’d start the anavar on week 3 of 4 until the end – 20mg/day is good. Spread them out thru the day tho.
Start your clomid 2 weeks after your last sust shot.
Start Anavar on week 3 of 4? Do you mean wait until the 3rd week and finish it all the way to the end of the cycle.
