ok after 6 or 7 different posts of my first cycle ive decided on this:
week 1-8 500mg of sustanon 250 (the base of my mass)
week 4-10 400mg of primo depot (to help solidify my gains)
week 7-9 50mg of winny every other day (to reduce water retention)
supplements- b-12,kava, vit-c, mrp shakes and no creatine
other- eat every 2-3 hours, nap for 2 hours and sleep for eight,post workout meal containing simple carbs and and more protein in that meal then anyother of the day. Workout centered around deadlifts and squats, workin out mon,weds,fri. And get drunk everyother night! just kidding.
goals- 20-25lbs baby
I know someone will say throw some d-bols in there, but nah getting a puffy face is just more target for my coach or dad to hit me with, They aint stupid, a bloated body is alright, because its winter out here.
