what is best for biach tah tahs??? Don’t have them yet…. do I incorporate the winny into my cycle or wait the the nastys start to appear then hit the nolvadex?? I have heard many variances on this…………:D

If you don’t have gyno. don’t worry about next cycle, just be sure to have Nolva on hand in case the dreaded beast arrives!!

bigfella hit it. just have nolva around in case you need it. might look into arimidex depending on what’s in your next cycle.

wait, nolv. is used as an antiestrogen, and yes so is arm. winny is not so much envolved with controling the estrogen which leads to the titties! def. keep the nolv. on hand, but remember when you take it in anykind of a cycle, usually on a bulking cycle, it does tend to hinder some of the gains. just lettin ya know!

It really depends on what your cycle consists of.
If you’re using Test bases drugs then Nolva will be what you want to have on hand. Just take it if you start to get symptoms of gyno (really itcy/sore nipples)
If you’re using a drug that can cause gyno via progesterone (ie. Deca/Anadrol) then you will want to also include Winstrol in the stack with it. Just make it part of your cycle and you shouldn’t have any problems.

I am on my third week of a d-bol/sust stack and I have been poppin the nolvadex 10mg ea day from the giddie’up. I have never had a gyno problem, but then I’ve always taken nolvadex from the first day. Are you saying I could get away with any of the following:
10mg once a week
10mg every other day
or just wait until the itcy titties start and then go on the nolvadex????
Which do you suggest? Let me. Thanks
