wuz up freakz! This is my first post and I was just wondering what I should do for my first cycle. I have access to sust and deca and I’m trying to choose between the two. I’m 19 and have been lifting for a year and want to put on a good decent 15 to 20 lbs. I wish my source had access to some D-bol to but times are hard I guess. Anyways I’d appreciate if someone copuld give me some advice
You don’t want my Advice , but here it is . At 19 i would stay off the sauce till u r about 22-23 , let that body mature and give your bones and joints time to grow .

I see where your coming from but my gains for the first 8 months were great . These last 4 months I haven’t really been making any solid gains. I’m at a stump and at this point just want to run it over with a bulldozer.
Lifting for only a year and 19yrs old,you need to hold off a couple years and build a solid foundation,by then you`ll be old enough to try a cycle
if your at a sticking point right now i would be willing to bet if you intake an extra 100 grams lets say of protien a day you will start growing again,diet is to often overlooked
say this guy had been lifting for three years and 20 years old, would you still say he is too young
If he wants to do it and he has all the stuff allready then go ahead and do it. But i would wait, thats just me though!
Ok your 19 , 18 , 17 , whatever , get on the Juice and in 5-6 yrs tell me how your all messed up from saucing to early .
Why cant they just wait?
Its all a mental thing . Friends r on it , so they get on it . They come into a pro site like this and read alot about juicing , thing is they think their body is like a 30 yr old .

I agree you should wait……however when you decide to go check out a deca/sust stack.
I agree, that @ 19yrs old and only one year of training you deffinately have more to attain naturally.
Make sure you’re getting 2g/lb Bodyweight in Protein. And shoot for 4000 cals/day. I bet you’ll start growing.
If you don’t care what we have to say and are going to juice anyway before you’re ready, then I want to atleast give you some help.
#1. don’t take Deca alone. Not unless you don’t mind impotence. #2. Even if you plan on starting AS now, at least take 6 months and do some homework. You’ll kick yourself if you start now and loose all your gains.
For a good beginners cycle.
Weeks 1-8 500mg/wk Sust & 400mg/wk Deca Week 10 Clomid 100mg/day Weeks 11-12 Clomid 50mg/day
Have Nolvadex on hand incase you start to get Gyno. If your tits start itching realy bad hit 10mg/day.
Again I really hope you consider waiting a while. You’ll be glad you did. I bet you can put on 20lbs naturally in the next few years. Print out this cycle and use it later.
I was given cycles by a Dr. who worked for my promoter and would go from 172 to 215 so I could fight in 3 weight classes. I started at age 17 and kickboxed until I retired at 30. Now at 41 my joints are so shot that unless I am on a cycle with deca I cannot get a good workout. Back at 17 I like all of us thouhgt we were invincable.
