Taking Nolvadex is good, but be careful because it can suppress your GH levels which means it will be harder to make gains or you might even lose some...
clen, t3, winny, primobolan, EQ are all good to include in a cutting cycle…but always remember a good diet and plenty of cardio.

TG is right. stay off for as long as you were on. as for detection time of EQ…the detection time is 4-5 months so be careful.
