Traditionally, the “safe” drugs are considered:
- Oxandrolone (Anavar)
- Methenolone (Primobolan, Primobolan depot)
- Testosterone undecanoate (Andriol, capsules)
- Ethylestrenol
- Stanozolol (oral and injectable Winstrol)
As you can see the word “safe” is in quotes. Why? At least because there are no absolutely safe drugs. And in this case we just can to talk only about relative harmlessness of one or another drug to the human body.

As for Oxandrolone, it makes sense to take it only in very high doses, not less than 30-40 mg a day, even if it is used as an auxiliary drug. If your goal is a weight gain and power increase then this dose should be increased at least twice. This means that in the day you will have to swallow at least 5-6 of 10mg tablets or 10-12 tablets containing 5 mg of Oxandrolone. Naturally enough that such a large number of tablets can act irritative to the gastrointestinal tract. In addition, Oxandrolone is quite toxic to the liver (in large dosages more than 40 mg a day).
Methenolone acetate (Primobolan) is absolutely harmless anabolic steroid, but it is absolutely useless. It can provide satisfactory results only if taken at very high doses, and only by the fair sex.
Methenolone enanthate also is absolutely harmless drug, but only if its weekly dose does not exceed more than 400 mg, which is clearly not enough to achieve anything significant. The dosage of the about 600-1000 mg per week it inhibits, although slightly, the natural production of endogenous testosterone.
Testosterone undecanoate (Andriol) – almost completely harmless drug, but it is absolutely useless. The same applies to ethylestrenol – this drug can be called a leader among anabolic steroids in the uselessness (as for safety ethylestrenol, there is not all that easy, its main drawback – it can trigger positive doping tests.)
Stanozolol (Winstrol) is a drug that causes the phenomenon of virilization in women, even when used in quite modest doses. In addition, being 17 alpha alkylated, adverse effects on the liver are the same as when Methandrostenolone (Dbol) is used.
