Technique – Start by standing with your feet shoulder width apart. Extend one arm straight across the front of your chest, place your free hand onto your tricep and start the exercise when ready. Pull your tricep further across your chest whilst pulling your shoulder in the opposite direction. Keep your upper body strong and solid and hold the stretch for a count of 5. Remove your hand from your tricep to relieve pressure on the deltoid muscles. Repeat this technique until your shoulder muscle is fully stretched. Repeat this technique in the opposite direction with the other arm and shoulder.
