EQUIPMENT NEEDED – None!!!

Technique – Start by laying face down on the floor in an area that will provide enough space to perform the exercise. Raise one of your legs keeping your thigh flat to the floor and grab hold of your foot. Start the stretching exercise when you are ready to start. Pull your ankle towards you until you feel your quadricep muscle stretch. Hold this position for a count of 5. Lower you ankle back down to remove the pressure from the thigh muscle. Repeat this technique until your quadricep muscle is fully stretched. Repeat this technique with the other leg and arm.
